In the PASRR Technical Assistance Call (PTAC) on Sept. 11, Texas Health and Human Services discussed developmental disabilities, how to determine when someone meets the criteria for diagnosis, and how to address them on the PL1.
Also included was a brief discussion on the new enhancement to merge the IDT and the PSS forms that will be released in January and how to prepare for it.
