Texas LTC providers: Please note that TMHP’s system will be down for scheduled maintenance from the evening of Wednesday, Feb. 9, until Wednesday Feb. 16.

During this downtime, TMHP will be unable to accept new forms, further process existing forms, or update MESAV info.

To minimize any impact to your organization, please follow these steps:

1. Submit any time-sensitive forms (like expiring LTCMIs) before TMHP's outage.
2. During the outage, continue to submit your forms in SimpleCFS™ as usual. Once TMHP is back online, your submitted forms will automatically be submitted to TMHP.

CMS and QTSO are not affected by this outage, so you can continue transmitting your MDS assessments as usual.
