What’s the Nov. 14 deadline? PBJ reports for your facility must cover the previous quarter just completed. To be recognized as timely, provider submissions of staffing and resident census data must be received by CMS by the 45th calendar day following the last day of the fiscal quarter. That makes the deadline Nov. 14 for the quarter ending Sept. 30.
