On Saturday, Feb. 27, SimpleLTC data transmission and analytics software will be unavailable for 6-7 hours (from approximately 5:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Central Time) as we perform important infrastructure upgrades.

Affected products include SimpleAnalyzer™ (MDS analytics and scrubbing), SimpleConnect™ (MDS and PBJ transmission) and SimpleCFS™ (Texas Medicaid forms and analytics). SimplePBJ™ will not be affected, except that you will be unable to transmit PBJ batches during this time.

Once we complete the maintenance, all functionalities will resume as normal. Thanks for your patience and understanding as we continue to improve SimpleLTC products for you!
