The difference between a successful transition to PDPM and a painful loss lies in uncovering your resident’s needs. When you truly get to know your resident, while ensuring medical record documentation paints an accurate picture, you’ll be prepared to fully recognize the reimbursement needed to care for resident conditions.
PDPM has reawakened our clinical senses. Our drive to capture every active diagnosis, condition, co-morbidity and functional level for accurate PDPM coding has elevated pre-admission and IDT clinical team discussions to a level that has been hiding under the surface for years.
PDPM is pulling all of our skills to the forefront. Analytics on historical data has shown us that there are several critical areas within each PDPM category that appear to be in need of additional attention to fully present the picture of our patients when they arrive on our doorstep.
In this free webinar, we’ll reveal the formerly hidden critical keys that drive both clinical and financial success under PDPM.
