We’re pleased to announce some new functionality in the SimpleAnalyzer™ rehospitalization view.

We’ve added a simple way to get even more detail in your rehospitalization analytics within SimpleAnalyzer. Now you can filter by specific diagnoses, even adding or combining them to understand the specific trends affecting your quality outcomes.

Using the “Search Diagnosis” box, type in part or all of a diagnosis code, then select the code to update results with the new diagnosis filter applied. You can add as many diagnoses as you’d like, or turn diagnosis on/off to customize the information as needed.
