Congratulations! By using SimpleAnalyzer and SimpleConnect to transmit MDS files to CMS, SimpleLTC clients have helped us build the largest third-party database of clinical MDS data in the nation.
Simple is now closing in on our 40 millionth MDS assessment submitted to CMS. That much data means more complete reimbursements for our clients, plus more accurate Five-Star and QM predictions.

Helpful hints
- We’re counting individual MDS assessments transmitted (not batches).
- As of June 27th 2022, we've transmitted just over 39,678,000 assessments.
- Volume varies, but daily transmissions currently average 13,000 assessments.
- Time zone for your guess is Central Daylight Time (CDT).
- Anyone can enter. You don’t need to be a current Simple client to participate.
- You can only enter once. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

Contest timeframe
You can submit your guess from now until we hit 40 million MDS submissions. We’ll announce the winners within five business days of reaching the 40 million mark.
